Due to restrictions on sending alcohol abroad we do not deliver outside of the UK which includes Southern Ireland.
Through the Royal Mail services we use, we deliver to all UK destinations including:
Scotland, Offshore Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight.
You must confirm you are 18+ to purchase products through the website and you are asked to confirm the recipient is 18+ at checkout.
We currently offer 3 tracked postage options through Royal Mail.
All orders are on a TRACKED service and a tracking reference is automatically emailed to the purchaser where you can see the progress of the delivery. As part of this tracking service, you will also receive an automated email notification when the item has been successfully delivered to your recipient. We cannot offer refunds or compensation if Royal Mail are unable to deliver to the address given and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to manage the redelivery/post office collection in these rare situations. This includes non collections from the Post Office. Please remember, our toasts are not letterbox gifts.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address for your recipient and the item therefore can’t be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us approx 2 weeks later. At this point we can offer a refund for the value of the drinks or agree a credit to use against sending another ‘Toast’ to the correct address.
If the ‘Toast’ can’t be delivered because nobody was available at the delivery address to take receipt of the box, a card will be left by Royal Mail with instructions of how to arrange either a re-delivery or a collection from the nearest Royal Mail depot to the recipients address.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within the timeframes stated on the services listed above but Tracked 24HR and Tracked 48HR are NOT guaranteed services. In the rare situations when they fail to deliver your order within this estimated period, we have to give them the opportunity to fulfil your delivery which can take up to 15 days. If your order isn’t delivered within this period, we are able to make a claim on the grounds that the item is officially ‘lost’ and will then honour a full refund or resend your order, whichever is your preference.
A tracking service is provided with all orders including automated email notifications when the item has successfully been delivered to your recipient. Please note our boxes do not fit into a standard letterbox but you can request a safe place to leave the delivery, or with a neighbour, the details for which can be provided in the delivery notes box at checkout.
All our products include a miniature bottle of 5cl or 20cl alcohol, some products include two 5cl or 20cl bottles.
Orders are packaged securely to meet Royal Mail guidelines.

Full size bottles are not part of our product range.
Our boxes do not fit through a standard letterbox and therefore require somebody to be present at the delivery address to take receipt of the item. You can however request for the item to be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour, if nobody is at the delivery address – leave info in notes at checkout.

This is a guaranteed next working day delivery service and delivered before 4pm. You will be able to track the progress of the delivery through the Royal Mail website (tracking number provided after dispatch) and you will receive an automated email once the item has been successfully delivered. Please note: Orders placed after midday on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
If you are sending more than one toast to one address the postage will increase by £1.50 for each item to cover postage costs.
1 x toast: Standard rate | 2 x toasts: Standard rate +£1.50 | 3 x toasts: Standard rate + £3.00. | 4 x toasts: Standard rate + £4.50
These costs are automatically updated at checkout to reflect the number of toasts added to basket.
Orders for same day dispatch must be received by 12 noon on a working day.
Working days are Monday-Friday. Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
