In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, here’s what we’ll do to put things right.
All our parcels are carefully packed by hand in the ‘Toast in the Post Office’, and we go to great lengths to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If your order does arrive damaged in transit, we will replace it on receipt of photographs to show the damage. Simply email your order number and a photograph of the damage to: [email protected]. You will not be required to return the items.
All our orders are personalised, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt so we are unable to offer cancellations. Orders are placed directly into a production queue on receipt.
You are responsible for the spelling of your personal message and your image upload when creating your message card. You have the opportunity to review your personalised card before Adding to Basket. We are unable to edit your order once it is placed.

This is a guaranteed next working day delivery service and delivered before 4pm. You will be able to track the progress of the delivery through the Royal Mail website (tracking number provided after dispatch) and you will receive an automated email once the item has been successfully delivered.
Orders for same day dispatch must be received by 12 noon on a working day.
Working days are Monday-Friday. Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
